Cancellation & Refund Policy — AME AVIATION CET

At AME AVIATION CET, we value the trust of our students and applicants. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your registration or request a refund.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested within 15 days of the date of registration or payment. Cancellation requests received after 15 days will not be eligible for consideration. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to flyjetaviations@gmail.com with proof of payment.

2. Refund Policy

    Refund requests are only valid if made within 15 days from the date of payment. After 15 days, no refund will be processed under any circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification and will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Admission, registration, or processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be granted in the following cases: Request made after 15 days of payment. Failure to attend or complete the course after registration. Providing false or incomplete information during registration.

4. Process to Apply for Refund?

Submit a written refund request to flyjetaviations@gmail.com within the 15-day window. Attach proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or bank details). Refunds will be initiated after validation by our accounts team.
